Wrong-Way Accidents in California

San Jose, CA - One Killed, Two Seriously Injured in Wrong-Way Crash on Hwy 101 at Tefft St

Nearly 35,000 traffic accidents resulted in fatalities, major injuries, or minor injuries on Bay Area roadways over the last several years. As a result, thousands of lives are lost every year on California's highways, major thoroughfares connecting large city centers, local streets, and beyond. Furthermore, the large number of suburbs and city centers in Northern California means more traffic and drivers on the road, making serious accidents like wrong-way incidents or catastrophic multi-vehicle crashes more common.

Serious car accidents causing injuries or even fatalities are an unfortunate part of life in California. When multiple victims are injured in an accident, they may have to deal with other drivers' insurance companies, long-term physical pain, and expensive hospital bills. Occasionally, as a result of these incidents, victims succumb to their injuries, leaving their grieving families to cope with emotional trauma and financial difficulties as a result of another driver's negligence.

But the victims and their families affected by these wrecks can seek help from a California accident attorney. A skilled attorney in California can help victims seek justice and the fair compensation they deserve after suffering in an accident that occurred through no fault of their own.

Fatal Pedestrian Accidents in California

Contra Costa, CA - Victim Struck & Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Kirker Pass Rd

In the last several years, nearly 35,000 accidents resulted in fatalities, major injuries, or minor injuries on Bay Area roadways. Thousands of lives are lost every year on California's highways, major thoroughfares connecting large city centers, local streets, and beyond. This is especially true for incidents involving pedestrians, which often cause catastrophic consequences for these vulnerable victims.

Serious pedestrian accidents causing injuries or even fatalities are an all-too-common reality in California. When victims are injured in a pedestrian crash, they may have to deal with other drivers' insurance companies, long-term physical pain, and expensive hospital bills. Oftentimes, as a result of these incidents, victims succumb to their injuries, leaving their grieving families to cope with emotional trauma and financial difficulties as a result of another driver's negligence.

But the victims and their families affected by these wrecks can seek help from a California accident attorney. A skilled attorney in California can help victims seek justice and the fair compensation they deserve after suffering in an accident that occurred through no fault of their own.
